Terms and conditions for returning products.
Terms required:
Items must be packed well in it's original packing no later than 14 days after you received it.
Items must be in perfect condition and perfect working order as when it was received.
Customer is responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping fees. Free shipping offers are excluded on returns.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any return. Here is the formula. Product price - inbound shipping fee - 20%.
Customer is responsible for packaging, hiring a freight company and paying the out-bound shipping fees.
We must receive returned items no later than 14 days after it was received.
If an item arrives and looks damaged or un acceptable we have the right to refuse it.
If a shipment is refused our return policy still applies.
If customer cancels an order before it has been shipped a 10% cancellation fee will be applied.
If a customer cancels an order after it has shipped and has not received it yet a 20% restocking fee and any shipping charges will be deducted. Any free shipping offers do not apply.
Non-refundable items:
Items in which are considered "Custom or special orders" and are stated on the customers receipt.
Most non-refundable items state "All Sales Final" on the products webpage.
Product returning procedures:
If you want to return an item you must obtain an "Return merchandise authorization" request. Email or call us with your name and sales receipt number.
Visa, MasterCard, Novus, Discover Card and American Express has a copy of policy on file and honors our policies.

Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for delivery! Shipping companies normal only deliver the items to your destination. They are not contracted to bring anything inside your home or business. It is the customers responsibility to bring the items indoors. However many of our products such as arcade games and jukeboxes can be delivered inside for an additional fee. However you must order this option at the time you place your order. After a product has been shipped out it is too late.

About damaged items: Please inspect item before accepting it. All items are insured and if refused because of damaged please contact us. We will reship a replacement as soon as we can verify item has been refused for a legitimate reason and on it's way back to us. In all cases the delivery company will give you time to inspect crate and even open it. After it is signed for it is not our responsibility. Claim must be filed with delivery company.
If you have opted for "Inside delivery" the moving company on request will open the crate and allow customer to inspect it before accepting it. This is the customers responsibility to ask the movers to unpack it first.
About product manufacturing and legalities:
Eagle Distributing Inc. is a distributor of game room related products such as arcade games and jukeboxes. We do not manufacture anything. To the best of our knowledge any products in which we sell that require special licensing do to copyright and trademark issues are between the manufacture and the game manufacturers. To the best of our knowledge all products are legally manufactured and distributed.
